50 minute session – in-person, online or telephone – £55

Face to face sessions are held from The Bay Therapy Centre in Nottingham. Online or telephone are nationwide.

Support – Can support with difficulties around anxiety, OCD, low mood, depression, self-harm, trauma, childhood trauma, relationship issues, grief and bereavement.

Cancellations – If a client cancels a session within the 48 hours prior to a booked session, the full fee of the session will still be due. If the counsellor cancels within the 48 hours prior, no fee will be due.

How to book – If you’re interested in counselling, please don’t hesitate to email me at Ellie@LunaCounselling.co.uk and we can look to book in a free 15 minute telephone call (initial consultation) to go over any questions, get to know each other a bit and book in your first session.

Confidentiality – Anything discussed in a session will be treated with the strictest confidence, however should any specific information be disclosed indicating that someone is in immediate harm, confidentiality may need to be broken for safety purposes.

Facilities – In-person sessions are held from wheelchair-accessible premises.

Availability – Mondays 9am – 7pm (online, tel and in-person PM), Tuesdays 3pm – 7pm (online and tel), Wednesdays 9am – 7pm (online, tel and in-person PM) and Thursdays 3pm – 5pm (online and tel).
