About

My name is Ellie Meakin and I have a lot of experience working with children, young people, adults and neurodivergence in educational, care and counselling settings.

I have obtained my levels 2-5 in Counselling and have qualified in pluralistic counselling which means I’m trained in the multiple schools of therapy, this enables me to tailor each session to each person based on their focus, requirements and needs, allowing for a personalised counselling journey for each person.

I’m an Accredited Registrant with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and I’m also on their Children and Young People (CYPT) register too. I hold an updated enhanced DBS certificate and also work with multiple Employee Assistant Programmes (EAPs).
